Your Trusted Party Bus Service in Naperville
Party Bus Naperville is a group transportation booking company serving Naperville and the broader DuPage and Will County region. We give your group access to a fleet of Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos, party buses, minibuses, and full-size charter buses — all with all-inclusive pricing you can see in under 30 seconds, no account required. Since 2011 we have coordinated thousands of trips for school field trips, corporate shuttles, prom nights, wedding weekends, and Chicago stadium runs that start right here in the suburbs.
Naperville's position along I-88 and I-355 makes it one of the busiest commuter corridors in Illinois, and anyone who has tried to run a caravan into the city on a Bears Sunday knows how quickly I-55 can turn a 45-minute trip into a two-hour crawl. Our reservation team is available 24/7 to help you build a plan that accounts for those roads, confirms exact drop-off points at every venue, and keeps the whole group together from pickup to last call. You get exact pricing upfront — no surprise add-ons, no guessing at parking costs.

Why Choose Us for Your Naperville Party Bus Rental
Naperville is the second-largest city in Illinois, and its growth along the I-88 Technology Corridor means the roads heading in and out of DuPage County are never quiet. On event days, the Tri-State Tollway backs up through Hinsdale, Route 53 clogs through Bolingbrook, and anyone heading into the city is fighting the Stevenson or the Kennedy alongside tens of thousands of other suburbanites. A Naperville bus rental puts all of that behind you — one vehicle, one flat quote, and no one drawing straws for who stays sober.
We have been coordinating these exact trips since 2011 — Chicago stadium runs, Naperville Riverwalk bar crawls, airport transfers to both O'Hare and Midway, prom nights for DuPage County high schools, and corporate shuttles between the I-88 tech campuses and downtown Chicago hotels. Our 24/7/365 reservation team knows the specific drop-off zones at Soldier Field, the bus waiting area at Wrigley, and the pickup procedures at O'Hare's Terminal 5. That local knowledge is what keeps your group on schedule and at the right curb — not scrambling at the wrong gate.
We offer a massive variety of vehicles, so you never pay for seats you don't actually need. Instant online quotes mean you can compare options in seconds. Call 217-800-4810 to get your group moving today!
Naperville Party Bus & Charter Bus Services
Party Bus Naperville handles group transportation for every occasion across the western suburbs and greater Chicago region — airport transfers, stadium runs, wedding shuttles, prom nights, corporate events, concert trips, school field trips, bar crawls, and more. Whatever brings your group together in Naperville, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 217-800-4810 to get started!

Naperville Airport Shuttles & Transportation
O'Hare International Airport (10000 W O'Hare Ave, Chicago, IL 60666) sits roughly 30 miles northeast of Naperville — under 40 minutes in light traffic, closer to 70 or 80 minutes on a Monday morning rush on I-88 East and the Tri-State. Midway International Airport (5700 S Cicero Ave, Chicago, IL 60638) runs about 28 miles from downtown Naperville, a straighter shot east on I-55 but just as susceptible to the midday crush around the interchange at I-294.
For commercial bus pickups at O'Hare, buses wait in the designated holding lot and move to the curb at the arrivals level once your group coordinator signals that luggage is collected and everyone is assembled at the agreed-upon door. Have the whole group together before calling — O'Hare's arrivals curbside moves fast and loading windows are tight. At Midway, buses use the lower-level commercial vehicle lane on the east side of the terminal.
With undercarriage bays on full-size charter buses, heavy bags and gear load fast and ride comfortably — no luggage on laps, no trunk-Tetris at the curb. Call 217-800-4810 to book your Naperville airport shuttle today!

Naperville Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Naperville's downtown Riverwalk district — the strip of bars, restaurants, and live music venues running along the DuPage River from Jackson Avenue north toward Eagle Street — is one of the best built-in bar crawl corridors in the western suburbs. Quigley's Irish Pub, Ballydoyle Irish Pub, Catch 35, and Tequila Roadhouse are all within walking distance of one another, which makes Naperville a genuine destination for bachelorette weekends from across DuPage and Will County.
The problem is parking on a Saturday night downtown. The Water Street and Van Buren Street surface lots fill fast, and the Washington Street garage backs up by 9 p.m. A Naperville party bus rental loads everyone at one address, drops the group right in the heart of the Riverwalk, and picks everyone up at the end of the night at an agreed corner — no one hunting for their car at midnight, no one drawing straws for who drives home.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a built-in bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound to keep the energy up from the first stop to the last. Call 217-800-4810 now!

Naperville Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Naperville's event venue scene has grown considerably along the 95th Street and Ogden Avenue corridors, with banquet halls and reception spaces serving the large South Asian and Hispanic communities that make DuPage County one of the most diverse suburban markets in Illinois. Whether the celebration is heading to Drury Lane Theatre Events (100 Drury Lane, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181), Gavin's Irish Inn (18 W Jefferson Ave, Naperville), or a venue in nearby Woodridge or Downers Grove, a Naperville party bus gets the guest of honor and their crew there in style.
Our party buses are fully customizable for the occasion — load a playlist, coordinate a color scheme, and request a white or black vehicle to match your theme. For adult milestone birthdays heading into Chicago for a night at a rooftop bar in River North or a late-night set at a club in the West Loop, one bus keeps the group together instead of splitting into a caravan across I-88. You never have to pay for seats you don't actually need.
Call 217-800-4810 any time to plan your Naperville birthday celebration!

Naperville Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Naperville sits within easy reach of three of the Chicago area's biggest concert venues, and every one of them is a parking nightmare for groups arriving separately. Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre (19100 Ridgeland Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477) is about 22 miles southeast of Naperville — easy enough in off-peak hours, but Route 80 near the Tinley Park interchange backs up hard on concert nights, and parking in the adjoining lots costs $25–$35 and fills early. A Naperville concert bus rental drops the group at the main entrance and handles the return after the encore, while everyone else is still hunting for their car in the dark.
RiverEdge Park (360 N Broadway, Aurora, IL 60505) is just 8 miles up Route 59 — a quick run that still lands you in a riverfront venue with limited street parking and Metra-dependent overflow lots. Allstate Arena in Rosemont (6920 N Mannheim Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018) is 35 miles up I-290 and impossible to approach without hitting O'Hare approach traffic on event nights. For any of these runs, one minibus or charter bus keeps the whole crew together from Naperville to the gates and back.
Call 217-800-4810 to lock in your concert transportation!

Naperville Corporate Event Transportation
The I-88 Research and Development Corridor running through Naperville, Lisle, and Warrenville is home to a large number of corporate campuses — Nalco, Nicor Gas, Calamos Investments, and dozens of tech and pharmaceutical operations. Shuttling employees, clients, or conference speakers between these campuses and Chicago's Loop hotels is a daily logistics challenge, and anyone who has attempted to coordinate a caravan down I-88 at 5 p.m. on a Tuesday knows the backup at the I-294 interchange adds 30 minutes minimum.
A corporate bus rental in Naperville puts a WiFi-equipped minibus or charter bus on a fixed loop, keeps your team productive during the commute, and delivers everyone to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont (5555 N River Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018) or a downtown Chicago hotel without a single person fighting for a parking spot in the Loop. For recurring shuttle contracts between DuPage County campuses and O'Hare-adjacent meeting facilities, we set up custom routes built around your schedule. Call 217-800-4810 to discuss rates!

Naperville Private Event Transportation Services
Naperville's event calendar runs year-round, and a few dates put real pressure on the road network. The Last Fling festival over Labor Day weekend packs downtown Naperville with tens of thousands of attendees across the Centennial Beach and Eagle Street corridor — surface lots fill by noon on Saturday, and Route 59 slows to a crawl on both approach and exit. A private Naperville bus rental drops your group at the festival perimeter and keeps everyone together for a flat, predictable rate instead of splitting the crew across three separate parking lots.
Ribfest each June at Knoch Park, the Naperville Wine Festival, and the summer lineup at Naper Settlement (523 S Webster St, Naperville, IL 60540) all draw large regional crowds to venues with limited on-site parking and no obvious rideshare staging. For family reunions hitting multiple Naperville stops in a single day or a church retreat heading up to a facility in the northern suburbs, one charter bus or minibus keeps everyone together and on schedule without juggling multiple cars. Call 217-800-4810 to build your custom transportation plan!

Naperville Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
DuPage County's spring prom season runs from late April through mid-May, and with Naperville North High School, Naperville Central High School, Waubonsie Valley High School in Aurora, and Neuqua Valley High School all holding proms within a tight 6-week window, demand for party buses peaks hard and fast. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability.
A typical 6-hour prom rental covering school pickup, a pre-prom photo stop, venue drop-off, and after-party return runs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked 4–6 months out — but $2,800–$3,500+ if you wait until March or April. Parent committees across Naperville have been coordinating with us for years, and we work directly with group organizers to confirm headcount, set pickup windows, and keep the night on schedule. No one in formal wear should have to navigate downtown Naperville parking on prom night.
Call 217-800-4810 today to secure your date!

Naperville School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Naperville Community Unit School District 203 and Indian Prairie School District 204 together serve nearly 40,000 students across dozens of elementary, middle, and high schools in and around Naperville — which means field trip transportation is a year-round logistical operation. Popular destinations include Naper Settlement (523 S Webster St, Naperville, IL 60540), the Adler Planetarium (1300 S DuSable Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60605), the Shedd Aquarium (1200 S Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60605), and the Field Museum (1400 S Lake Shore Dr, Chicago, IL 60605) on Chicago's Museum Campus.
Private charter buses offer real advantages over traditional yellow school buses on runs like these — climate control, reclining seats, TV monitors and DVD players to keep students engaged, overhead storage for backpacks and lunch coolers, and onboard restrooms on full-size vehicles for the 45-minute drive into the city. Museum Campus drop-off uses the designated bus lane on McFetridge Drive; your group unloads steps from the entrances rather than hiking from a remote lot. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available — just let us know ahead of time.
Call 217-800-4810 for school field trip transportation in Naperville!

Naperville Sporting Event Transportation
Naperville is 30 miles from Soldier Field, 35 miles from Wrigley Field, and 28 miles from Rate Field — and every one of those drives involves a stretch of expressway that turns brutal on game day. I-55 northbound toward Soldier Field backs up through Bolingbrook on Bears Sundays; I-90/94 into Wrigleyville clogs at the Circle Interchange well before first pitch; and anyone heading to the South Side on a White Sox game night knows the Dan Ryan south of Chinatown has its own special rhythm.
A Naperville charter bus rental solves all of it. Your group loads in the suburbs, rides together — pregame energy building the whole way — and gets dropped at the designated charter zones near the gates while everyone else is still looking for a $50 parking spot. After the final whistle, the bus is waiting while the general parking lots are gridlocked.
For Blackhawks and Bulls games at United Center (1901 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60612), the same logic applies — United Center has no meaningful parking for walk-up vehicles, and rideshare surge pricing after a playoff game can run $60–$80 per car. One bus handles your whole crew for a single, predictable quote. Call 217-800-4810 to book your game-day run!

Naperville Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
DuPage County's wedding venue corridor stretches from Naperville's downtown ballrooms through Oak Brook, Hinsdale, and Lisle — and getting guests between hotel room blocks and ceremony sites across that geography on a Saturday evening is its own project. The Marriott Naperville (1801 N Naper Blvd, Naperville, IL 60563) and the Hilton Garden Inn Naperville/Lisle host large wedding room blocks regularly, and shuttling guests the 3–5 miles from those hotels to venues like Meson Sabika (1025 Aurora Ave, Naperville, IL 60540), Bolingbrook Golf Club, or the Arrowhead Golf Club in Wheaton without asking anyone to drive is exactly what a wedding minibus does best.
Nobody in your bridal party should navigate Ogden Avenue one-way detours or park four blocks from a venue in formalwear. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party run on the wedding day itself — premium leather, individual reading lights, and tinted privacy glass. For the rehearsal dinner shuttle, the morning-after brunch loop, and multi-venue itineraries that span the suburbs, our team has coordinated these exact logistics since 2011 and keeps your wedding timeline exceptionally tight.
Call 217-800-4810 for a free wedding transportation quote!

Naperville Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Fox River Valley running through Aurora and Oswego, and the Galena Road corridor heading toward Yorkville and Plano, have developed a genuine cluster of wineries and craft breweries worth a proper group tour. Fox Valley Winery (5600 S IL Route 47, Oswego, IL 60543) sits about 16 miles southwest of Naperville on a scenic rural stretch of Route 47. Galena Cellars Vineyard & Winery operates a tasting room in the western suburbs.
Closer in, Solemn Oath Brewery (1661 Quincy Ave, Naperville, IL 60540) and Alter Brewing Company (2300 Wisconsin Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515) anchor a solid craft beer circuit that runs right through DuPage County.
A Naperville party bus or minibus rental keeps the whole group together across every stop — no appointing a designated driver, no splitting into separate cars between breweries, no one trying to navigate Route 34 westbound after four tastings. The bus arrives at your first stop, moves the group to each successive venue, and brings everyone home at the end of the night. Call 217-800-4810 for a free Naperville winery tour quote!

Frequently Asked Questions About our Naperville Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Naperville, Illinois?
Naperville party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. Our prices: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. Weekend dates and peak-season events like prom, Cubs playoff runs, and Bears home games affect the final number.
Call 217-800-4810 for an all-inclusive quote in under 30 seconds — no hidden costs, no surprises.
How far is Naperville from downtown Chicago, and how long does the drive take?
Downtown Naperville sits about 30 miles west of Chicago's Loop. In light traffic — say, a midweek midday — I-88 East to I-290 East puts you at the Kennedy/Dan Ryan merge in around 40 minutes. On a Bears Sunday or a Friday evening rush, that same drive runs 70–90 minutes.
A charter bus or party bus rental from Naperville means your group isn't watching the clock on three separate GPS screens — you're together, the route is handled, and the departure time is built into the booking.
Which airport is closer to Naperville — O'Hare or Midway?
Both are roughly equidistant in miles: O'Hare (ORD) is about 30 miles northeast via I-88 East and the Tri-State, while Midway (MDW) is about 28 miles northeast via I-55 East. O'Hare handles far more flights — especially international connections — while Midway tends to move a bit faster for domestic arrivals. Either way, the Naperville-to-airport shuttle is one of our most common runs, and we handle both.
If your group is split across both airports on arrival day, we can coordinate pickups at each airport on a single trip.
Can I book a bus for a same-day or last-minute trip in Naperville?
Our reservation team is available 24/7/365, so last-minute requests are always worth a call at 217-800-4810. Availability depends on the date and vehicle type — peak weekends during prom season, Cubs home openers, and the Last Fling Labor Day festival tend to be fully committed weeks out. Outside of those windows, we typically have options.
The earlier you call, the more vehicle choices you have and the better the rate.
Does a charter bus need a parking permit for Chicago stadium events?
Yes, and every venue handles it differently. At Soldier Field, charter buses use designated parking zones that require advance-purchased oversized vehicle permits — lots fill fast on Bears game days and the lakefront access roads close hours before kickoff. Wrigley Field routes buses to staging on Sheffield or Clark; overnight game-day bus parking in the Wrigleyville neighborhood requires coordination with the venue's bus lot directly.
United Center has a dedicated bus staging area on the west side of the arena. When you book through Party Bus Naperville, we confirm the current permit and approach procedure for your specific event so the bus arrives at the right gate on time.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least three to six months in advance for the best vehicle selection and pricing. Prom season (late April–mid-May across DuPage County's high schools) is the single tightest window — book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability. Bears home games during a strong season, Cubs playoff runs, and major festival weekends like the Last Fling fill up fast as well.
For most other events outside those windows, two to four weeks of lead time is workable — but calling earlier always gives you more options. Call 217-800-4810 to lock in your date today!
Popular Naperville Party Bus Destinations
A Naperville party bus itinerary can cover a lot of ground — from the DuPage River Riverwalk right in the heart of downtown to Chicago's Museum Campus, stadium district, and concert venues 30 miles east. Here are six of the most popular group destinations your bus can reach from Naperville.

Naper Settlement
Naper Settlement (523 S Webster St, Naperville, IL 60540) is a 12-acre outdoor living history museum in the heart of Naperville, chronicling the city's development from a pioneer settlement in the 1830s through the early 20th century. The museum hosts over 30 historic structures including a fort, a one-room schoolhouse, and a print shop, and draws school field trips, adult evening events, and summer festival crowds year-round. Evening events like Naper Nights and Civil War Days bring several thousand visitors to a venue that has extremely limited adjacent parking on Webster Street.
Groups arriving by bus drop off at the main Webster Street entrance, and the bus can wait on nearby streets during the visit. Admission runs $8–$14 for adults depending on the event. Contact the museum at (630) 420-6010 for group reservation details before your visit.
Address: 523 S Webster St, Naperville, IL 60540
Phone: (630) 420-6010

Naperville Riverwalk
The Naperville Riverwalk is a 1.75-mile brick-paved path running along both banks of the DuPage River through downtown Naperville, connecting Centennial Beach and the covered bridge at Jackson Avenue to the pedestrian hub near the Riverwalk Amphitheater. The corridor is the heart of the city's downtown entertainment district — Quigley's Irish Pub, Ballydoyle Irish Pub, Catch 35, Tequila Roadhouse, and a dense stretch of restaurants and bars are all within a two-block walk of the path. On summer evenings and festival weekends, the Water Street and Van Buren Street surface lots fill before 8 p.m.
A party bus drops your group at the south end near Jackson Avenue or the north end near Chicago Avenue and waits on adjacent side streets, so no one is circling for parking at 10 p.m. There is no single main address — the path runs through the center of downtown Naperville. Contact the Naperville Park District at (630) 848-5000 for event and amphitheater information.
Address: Riverwalk Amphitheater — 22 E. Chicago Ave, Naperville, IL 60540
Phone: (630) 848-5000

Soldier Field
Soldier Field (1410 Museum Campus Dr, Chicago, IL 60605) is home to the Chicago Bears and hosts stadium-scale concerts throughout the year — Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and Kenny Chesney tours all count Soldier Field as a tour stop. The stadium holds 61,500 and sits on the Museum Campus lakefront, which means the entire southbound Lake Shore Drive backs up on event days. The closest charter bus drop-off is along Museum Campus Drive or McFetridge Drive near Gate 10 on the stadium's south side, with bus parking available in Soldier Field's designated oversized vehicle zones (advance permits required, sold through the stadium website).
Rideshare staging is at Lot 4 on McFetridge Drive — a meaningful walk from the gates compared to a direct bus drop. We recommend checking the official Soldier Field transportation page before your visit for current lot assignments and closure schedules.
Address: 1410 Museum Campus Dr, Chicago, IL 60605
Phone: (312) 235-7000

Wrigley Field
Wrigley Field (1060 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60613) is one of the most recognizable stadiums in American sports — a 100-year-old ballpark in the middle of a dense Chicago neighborhood with essentially no dedicated parking of its own. Cubs fans arriving by car park in private lots scattered through Wrigleyville and Lakeview, typically $30–$50 cash-only per space, with a 10–15 minute walk to the gates in either direction. Charter bus staging uses Sheffield Avenue and the designated bus lot coordinated through the Cubs' group transportation office; buses drop passengers near the main Gate K or Gate D entrances and wait during the game.
The Red Line runs directly to Addison station one block from the main gate, which is the most common transit option — but for a group of 25 or 40 people, one bus keeps everyone together from Naperville's Metra station parking lot to the stadium gates and back. We recommend reviewing the official Cubs transportation guide before game day.
Address: 1060 W Addison St, Chicago, IL 60613
Phone: (773) 404-2827

Centennial Beach
Centennial Beach (500 W Jackson Ave, Naperville, IL 60540) is one of the most unusual public swimming facilities in Illinois — a former limestone quarry converted into a 2.5-acre outdoor swimming venue holding 3.2 million gallons of water, operated by the Naperville Park District. Season passes are among the most sought-after in DuPage County, and on hot summer weekends the facility draws thousands of visitors from across the western suburbs. The Jackson Avenue parking lot adjacent to the beach fills by mid-morning on peak summer days, and spillover parks along side streets for several blocks.
A group arriving by minibus drops at the Jackson Avenue entrance and skips the parking scramble entirely — especially useful for large family reunions, youth group outings, and school summer programs. The beach is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, with daily admission for non-pass holders. Contact the Naperville Park District at (630) 848-5000 for group visit information.

Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre
Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre (19100 Ridgeland Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477) is one of the Chicago area's largest outdoor concert venues, with a covered pavilion holding 7,800 and a lawn extending total capacity to roughly 28,000. The venue is about 22 miles southeast of Naperville via I-55 South and the Harlem Avenue exit, and the approach on Ridgeland Avenue from Route 80 backs up at least 45 minutes before gates open on big shows. On-site parking is $25–$35 per vehicle, cash and card accepted, but the lots fill in the hour before gates and post-show exit takes 45–60 minutes minimum as police manage the Ridgeland Avenue flow.
A Naperville concert bus rental drops your group at the designated bus entrance on the north side of the venue and is ready and waiting when the encore ends — while the general parking lots are still working through traffic control. We recommend checking the official venue parking page before your visit for current gate assignments and any event-specific restrictions.
